Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducted recruitment process for probationary officer of scale I, II, III for public sector banks and assistant officer(multipurpose) for regional rural banks across India has three stages of recruitment. First stage is preliminary exam, next stage is Mains exam and last or third stage is personal interview. Only successful candidates in prelims and mains exam can proceed to personal interview stage.
