• IBPS will conduct the interview of the selected candidates for the post of RRB Scale 2 Officer.  The interview will be held in offline mode.  The interview is likely to be held in November 2021. Candidates will get admit cards for interviews.
• IBPS will release the final result of the candidates in January 2022.  Candidates who qualify for the exam will be appointed as IBPS RRB Scale 2 Officers.

IBPS RRB Scale 2 Important Notification

Before conducting the exam, IBPS releases the official notification.  The notification provides basic details about the exam pattern, syllabus, application process, etc.  Candidates have to read the notification before applying for the exam.  The notification carries several important guidelines regarding the online application process.  Each candidate has to abide by the guidelines available in the notification for successful registration.  Candidates who fail to follow the general guidelines will not be able to submit the application form in the right manner.

Application Process Date

The application process for IBPS RRB Scale 2 started one day after the release of the notification.  The official notification was released on 7th June 2021.  The IBPS RRB Scale 2 important dates of the application process are 8th June 2021 to 28th June 2021.  The application process started on 8th June 2021.  The last date to apply for the exam is 28th June 2021.  The mode of the application is online.  Candidates have to apply online for the IBPS RRB Scale 2 Exam.  There is no other mode to apply.  Candidates must apply before the last date as there would be high traffic and the website might work slower than usual.

IBPS RRB Scale 2 Exam Dates

IBPS conducts the exam in three different stages – Prelims, Mains, Interviews.  The prelims exam is of qualifying nature.  Candidates who qualify for the prelims exam come one step closer to the mains exam.  The marks secured in the prelims exam will not be added to the final result.  The final result purely depends upon the marks secured in the mains exam.  IBPS conducted the prelims exam for the post of RRB Scale 2 Officer from 1st to 15th August.  After the completion of the prelims exam, IBPS conducts the mains exam.  The mains exam was held on 25th September 2021.

Admit Card Date

IBPS issued the admit cards to registered candidates only.  Candidates who have completed the online registration get admit card to appear for the exam.  Admit card is a necessary document to get entry into the exam hall.  Without admit cards, candidates cannot enter the exam hall.  IBPS releases the admit card of the registered candidates three weeks before the exam.  Candidates can download the admit card from the official website.  Candidates must take a printout of the admit cards after downloading them.  The hard copy of the admit cards should be kept safe until the time of selection.  Candidates who qualify for the mains exam will get admit cards.  The IBPS RRB Scale 2 important dates of the admit cards are as follow:

Result Dates

IBPS releases the result of the candidates who appeared for the exam.  The result is released after the completion of the exam.  The prelims exam for IBPS RRB Scale 2 was held from 1st to 15th August.  The result of the prelims exam was released a few weeks after the completion of the exam.  Candidates who clear the prelims exam can appear for the main exam.  The mains exam for IBPS RRB Scale 2 was held on 25th September 2021.  The result of the mains exam resulted in October 2021.
