SATHEE Mentorship

  • Rs. 150 per hour for written content creation for uploading on the website.
  • Video content Rs 250 per hour for Solve with me/ How to learn.
  • Mentoring/Doubt clearing session online Rs 200 per hour.
  • Notes for NEET and JEE (Neat and clean handwritten without plagiarism. After checking payment will be given) Rs 20 per chapter.

You can earn upto:

  • Rs. 4000 (Min per month for 10 sessions of Video content and 10 hours of Written content in a month)
  • Rs. 5000 (20 Video sessions)
  • Rs. 6000 (18 Video sessions + 10 hours of Written content in a month)
  • Rs. 7000 (20 sessions of Video content + 10 Mentoring/Doubt clearing session)
  • Rs. 8000 (26 Video sessions + 10 hours of Written content in a month)

(During your Mid semester and End semester exam you can take a break and join again after the exam.)

  • Variable: Performance Bonus as follows: based on quality of the sessions delivered.

Terms & Conditions for the SATHEE-Mentor Offer Letter are as follows:

  1. You will need a smartphone / laptop (hands-free) and good internet connectivity. You should be dressed properly and no noise or person in the background.
  2. Students will be provided to you by SATHEE.
  3. You will be required to comply with all the rules and regulations that of SATHEE may change from time to time.
  4. We may modify our payout program over time to add more interesting incentives and will be communicating all the changes to you dearly and timely.
  5. 10% TDS will be deducted on gross earnings, under Section 94 J of the Income Tax Act.
  6. You will be required to provide a notice of 15 days prior to leaving the organization.
  7. You can take off during your mid-sem and end-sem exams.
  8. Certificate of mentorship/Internship shall be given after completing 45 hours of work with the platform
  9. Your name and photo can be displayed on the website.
  10. All the content should be prepared by you. After the content is delivered it shall become a property of SATHEE at IITK.
  11. Any claim on the plagiarism etc will be your responsibility and not the lability of SATHEE.
