SBI completes the recruitment process for Specialist Officer in two phases.
Phase I:
Online written Test, which has multiple-choice questions, Therefore, divided into two parts.
(I) General Aptitude Test
(II) Professional Knowledge Test
General Aptitude Test is only a qualifying test, whereas who will give professional Knowledge Test marks weightage in the final selection.
Phase II:
The successful candidates who cleared the Written Test will be called for an interview. The final selection will be made on an overall score of the Written Test and interview. The average weight consists of 70% of the written Test and 30% to interview.
