Also, the number of questions for preliminary exams consists of 100 questions in total. Thus, out of the 100 questions, 35 questions are from Reasoning ability, 35 from Quantitative aptitude, and 30 questions from the English language. LIC AAO Exam Pattern for the Main exam
All in all, the Main exam has four sections. For instance, they are Reasoning Ability, General Knowledge, Professional skills, financial market perception, and descriptive exam. Also, the number of questions for Main exams is 120 questions in total. However, this is excluding questions from the descriptive round. Thus, out of the 120 questions, 30 questions are from Reasoning ability, 30 from General Knowledge, 30 from professional skill, and 30 questions from financial market perception.
Moreover, the total time provided for the whole exam is 120 minutes or two hours. Also, each section is entitled to a specific amount of time to answer. In case of the Main exams, the candidates have 40 minutes for the reasoning test. Whereas, there are 20 minutes for general knowledge. Then, there is 40 minutes for the professional test. Then, there are 20 minutes for financial perception.
