The Bank of Baroda announces its PO post vacancies every year in June or July. The announcement will be released by the Bank itself on its official site. This exam is conducted under IBPS. This exam is known as the Bank of Baroda Manipal Probationary Exam.
For the post of PO year 2022, the candidates would have to follow a selection process, after completing that they would have to do a 9 months PG Certificate Course in Banking & Finance course at the Baroda Manipal School of Banking. It would be nine months of an on-campus program. The candidates need to pay a course fee of Rs.3,45,000. But, it should be noted that this whole shall be payed back to the candidate after completing five years working with the Bank.
After completing this course, the candidates shall then be awarded a PG Certificate in Banking and Finance. The candidates would also be offered the post of PO in various branches of BOB all across the country.
However, due to the Global Pandemic there had been a slight delay with the announcements for the exams. Also, there are new updates regarding an introduction of changes with the pattern of the exam. It is expected that the Bank of Baroda will make the announcements regarding the exam dates and other notifications very soon.

The PO has conducted pan-India and candidates come up in large numbers every year is predetermined that for some Bank the Probationary Exam is directly held by IBPS or the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection. For Bank of Baroda, PO exams are being held by the Baroda Manipal School of Banking are also conducted Pan-India. The Bank of Baroda has a widespread of branches all across India hence the recruitment of candidates takes place concerning that.
The selected candidates for the course would have to pay the course fee of Rs.3,45,000 during the course. Once completing the course the candidates will be appointed as Probationary Officer in Junior Management Grade/ Scale- I. The appointed candidates would be working in a Work-Integrated-Learning (WIL) program for three months as a part of training. After working with the Bank for a total of five years, candidates are eligible to get their course fees back.

As has been mentioned earlier, there have been no announcements regarding the Bank of Baroda PO exam on the official website of the bank yet. Candidates should keep an eye out and regularly check the latest updates on the official website of the bank. The cause of such delay in the release of any information regarding the dates is currently unknown.
The board did not announce any change in the exam pattern or syllabus so far. Candidates must use this time to study and practice. Candidates who have any documentation issues must solve them in the meantime.
