NIACL-AO Admit Card and Interview Call Letter

New India Assurance Co. Ltd. takes up NIACL-AO exams. Moreover, NIACL-AO Admit Card 2021 has yet to be released and no notification about it has been updated.

How do I download Admit Card?

Candidates are requested to follow the following steps to download the NIACL-AO Admit Card soft copy version of their admit card for the preliminary and mains exam.

• Visit on the official website of NIACL, www. new India.co.in.

• Click on the Recruitment tab on the top menu bar or from the bottom of the page.

• Under the Recruitment of Administrative Officers, menu click on CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD CALL LETTER FOR PHASE-I (PRELIMINARY) EXAM to download the admit card for the preliminary exam.

• Under the Recruitment of Administrative Officers, click on CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD CALL LETTER FOR PHASE-II (MAINS) EXAM to download the admit card for the mains exam.

• Now enter The Registration Number or Roll Number and Password or Date Of Birth.

• A new page with the admit card will appear on your screen.

• Save the admit card on your hard disk and take a printout of it for further use and references.

Documents to be carried with Admit Card

Furthermore, the candidate has to carry a few documents on the day of the exam. It’s mandatory to carry them in order to appear for the exam.

• Downloaded copy of the NIACL-AO Admit Card
• Valid Identity Proof.
• Passport size photograph as used while filling the application form
• Bring a photocopy of the Original Photo Identity brought along.

Important Things to Remember to Admit  Card

1. Most importantly, the candidate has to carry one ID card. Hence, to help the candidate, we have listed below a few of the acceptable ID cards. Thus, the candidate can carry anyone from it.

• PAN Card with Photo
• Passport
• Driver’s License
• Voter’s Card
• Bank Passbook With Photographs
• Aadhar Card with Photo
• Employee ID
• BAR Council Identity Card with photograph

2. Candidates must produce the original photo identity proof in the original.

3. Female candidates who have changed their first, last, or middle name post marriage must take special note of this.

4. Candidate must not forget to fix the recent passport photo and also the impression of the left thumb in the space provided in the admit card, which is handed over to the invigilator on the day of examination.

Interview Call Letter

Candidates who get shortlisted at the end Phase-II mains exam will receive an invitation for a final Personal Interview.  Moreover, Personal Interviews take place at select centers notified by the company. In addition, the call letter will have all the details regarding the center, address of the venue, time, and date of the interview.

Candidates should follow the following steps to download the Interview Call Letter:

•  Visit the official website of NIACL, www. new India.co.in.

• From the homepage, click on the Recruitment tab on the top menu bar or from the bottom of the page.

• Now, click on CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD CALL LETTER FOR INTERVIEW to download the call letter.

• Next, enter The Registration Number or Roll Number and Password or Date of Birth.

• Admit card will appear on your screen.

• Save the CALL LETTER FOR INTERVIEW and take a printout of it for further use and references.

Interview Declaration Form

Along with the admit card for the Interview, candidates must carry the filled Interview Declaration Form. Most importantly it should be in their handwriting with them. Moreover, the Interview Declaration Form will be brought in 4 copies (1 Original + 3 Copies) at the Personal Interview Round.  In addition, access to the Interview Declaration Form can be accessed and downloaded from the official website of NIACL.

Q. Are the dates regarding NIACL-AO 2021 admit cards declared?

Ans. No, NIACL has not issued any notification regarding admit card for the 2021 NIACL-AO exam.

Q. Can I request any changes to the admit card once released?

Ans. No, as NICAL entertains no window for any corrections to candidates. Hence, once the candidate’s application has been filled and submitted.

Q. Will I get admit cards for all the phases of the exam?

Ans. Yes, NIACL will issue fresh admit cards to candidates for each phase of their exam. Hence, candidates need to regularly visit the official website.

Q. Is only the admit card sufficient to appear in the exams?

Ans. No, along with the admit card, candidates must carry their original ID proof. Also, a photocopy of the exam day.
