Additionally, questions based on the passage may be asked of you, but the responses must be given in the language of your choice. This test’s main goal is to determine whether you are competent enough to communicate with the locals in their language in order to break down any barriers to communication. This level of the exam will test the candidate’s fluency. Practice answering the most likely question to help you get ready.

Normalization of SBI Clerk Exam Marks

Normalization is a significant component of the SBI Clerk exam. Normalization is used because the SBI Clerk preliminaries and main exams are given in multiple shifts. Since there is some variation in the level of difficulty between the shifts, SBI Clerk normalization is carried out. The Normalization process will help in adjusting the scores. The Normalization process gets generally done in the equi-percentile method.

The following procedure is used to achieve normalization:

Formulas to calculate the candidate’s percentile rank: Candidate’s percentile rank= {(Total number of students in a slot)-(Rank of the candidate in that slot)/ (Total number of students in a slot – 1)} x 100

The number of SBI Clerk openings is then used to determine the cut-off percentile rank. Based on the cut-off scores, candidates are selected for the next round of the selection process.

Candidates must have the appropriate study materials in order to be well-prepared for the SBI Clerk exam and earn higher marks. Candidates must be aware of the structure and topics to cover for each subject before beginning their exam preparation. They can choose the appropriate set of SBI Clerk study materials based on this and begin subject-by-subject preparation. Understanding the essential subjects to study for all phases will also be helpful. Consulting books and previous question papers is a great way to get ready for the SBI Clerk exam. The only difference between the preliminary and main exam syllabuses for the SBI Clerk recruitment process will be the exam’s degree of difficulty.
