NABARD Grade-A results stage-wise
The result of NABARD Grade-A will be available in the given manner:
NABARD Grade-A Result for prelims
This is the first stage of the NABARD recruitment. Therefore, its results are declared first. In the NABARD prelims stage, the paper consists of eight sections with 200 marks. This stage is the entry ticket for the mains stage. Moreover, NABARD will only select one student out of every 25 students for its next stage.
NABARD Grade-A Result for mains
The mains of the NABARD exam will carry both objective and descriptive questions. Also, the paper will sum up to 200 marks. Moreover, only the candidates who qualify in prelims will be able to sit for the mains exam. Furthermore, NABARD selects the candidates in this stage according to the cut-off scores. Moreover, out of every 3 candidates who are eligible for the mains, only one will make it to the interview stage.
NABARD Grade-A Final Result
NABARD will interview only those candidates who have cracked the mains. After the interview round, NABARD will upload the final result in the form of a PDF. Moreover, candidates can access it using their roll numbers. Further, the qualified candidates have to verify their documents. Lastly, after the verification process, they will receive their offer letters.
Calculation of Scores
How the scores are calculated needs to be understood in every detail.
For every 4 wrong answers, marks of 1 answer will be deducted and the total score of the candidate will be calculated after deducting the marks of the wrong questions. At every stage, the merit list is prepared discipline-wise and the vacancies are announced in a similar manner.
Policy of Tie-Breaking
If some candidates get the same marks, then the ranking of candidates will be based on the following terms:
- Those candidates who have secured equal marks in total (mains exam + interview taken together), in this situation the priority is given to the candidates who scored higher marks in the mains exam.
- If the candidates secure equal marks in the mains exam, candidates having higher marks in graduation or candidates with higher qualifications will be given priority. If this also turns out to be a tie then the rank will be decided based on age, that is seniority
