How to Apply for the LIC ADO Examination?
Candidates willing to apply for the LIC ADO exam must visit LIC CAREERS under the heading careers. The candidates can only apply for the post by using the official website. There is no offline application. The candidates are requested to keep all the details like biodata, digital photograph, and signature.
The step-by-step process for applying Online:
- Candidates must go to the official website, after which a new screen will appear with various links.
- Click on the link titled “ONLINE APPLICATION FOR ADO’s RECRUITMENT EXAM 2023”.
- Click on “New registration.”
- Enter your name, contact details, and email id, and submit.
- A registration number and password will be displayed on the screen, which will be noted for further use.
- After verification, click on the “VALIDATE YOUR DETAILS,” “SAVE,” AND “NEXT” buttons.
- Upload your passport-size photograph and signature.
- Review the application before finally submitting the application & click on the Next button.
- Click on the “Payment” button to pay the application fees & then click on submit button, which finally submits the application form.
LIC ADO Application Fee 2023:
The LIC ADO Application Fee is different for candidates. The application fee depends on the reservation category you have applied with. If you have an Unreserved Category or Other Backward Classes, the application fee is Rs 600/-. For everyone else, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, and Economically Weaker Section all have an application fee of Rs 50/-

After the payment is completed successfully, the system will generate an E-receipt which can be downloaded by the candidate. E-receipt will not be generated for “payment failure” candidates. The candidates must log in again & should complete the transaction process. The failed payment money debited will be reverted to the bank account in 2-3 working days. The payment will be made using Debit cards, Internet banking, credit cards, IMPS, mobile wallets, or cash cards.

The candidates must follow some eligibility criteria to participate in the LIC ADO exam. The regulations for the eligibility criteria are given below:
Age Limit:
The minimum age limit to apply for the post of LIC ADO is 21 years old, and the maximum age should be 30 years old, specified by the LIC as on 1st January 2023. But age relaxation exists for SC/ST/OBC candidates.

LIC ADO Salary 2023
During the apprentice period, the candidate selected as an Apprentice Development Officer will be paid a
fixed monthly amount as a stipend, per LIC Of India’s rules. Other than those from LIC Employee Category, Apprentice Development Officers shall be paid a stipend equal to the minimum of the basic pay and the dearness allowance on the pay scale applicable to Development Officers as on the commencement date of the apprenticeship. Currently, the stipend amount will be approximate ₹51500/- per month, except for the candidates selected from the LIC Employee Category.
A Probationary Development Officer at a specified Headquarter in the area will be placed on the scale of
₹35,650-2200(2)-40,050-2595(2)-45,240-2645(17)-90,205 plus allowances and other benefits as per the rules in force. On appointment as a Probationary Development Officer, the basic pay of ₹ 35650/- per month (except for LIC Employee Category candidates) in the scale of 35650-2200(2)-40050-2595(2)-45240-2645 (17)-90205 and other admissible allowances as per rules shall be payable. Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale will be inclusive of House Rent Allowance & City Compensatory Allowance, wherever admissible, depending upon the classification of the city. It will be approximately ₹ 56000/- in an ‘A’ Class City.

LIC ADO Personal Interview
The marks obtained in the main examination only will be considered for shortlisting for the interview. The
marks obtained in the main examination and the marks obtained in the interview will be considered for the final merit listing of the candidates. The maximum marks for the interview are 40.
Medical Exam
The candidates who qualified in the interview round will be taken into medical test procedure. The final list of selected candidates in the examination will be released after the medical test.
LIC ADO Admit Card
The candidates can download the LIC ADO admit card 2023 on its official website. The LIC ADO admits card is mandatory for each candidate. Without the admit card, candidates are not allowed into the exam hall. Each candidate should also carry a valid government id card for identification.
