Bank of India Exam Pattern
The test pattern can help the candidate during the preparation. The total time allotted to complete the paper is 150 minutes, i.e., 2 hours 30 minutes.
Marking Scheme of Bank of India Recruitment
- In online mode, the test will be done.
- All questions for MCQ type.
- There will be three phases of the BOI Officers Test for 150 minutes.
- There will be a negative 0.25 mark or ¼ marks for every incorrect answer.
- The test will be done in two ways – English and Hindi.
The English category will be in the appropriate category. This means that the marks in the English language will not be considered while preparing the final qualifying list.

Selection process of Bank of India Recruitment
The first method is Online Examination and the second is the Interview round.
Online Exam –
The Bank reserves the right to change the design of the test to be developed
through its authorized website. More detailed information about the test will be
provided with an Information Handout. This will be available for candidates to download and driving licenses from the official website www.bankofindia.co.in
The above tests outside of the English Language Test will be available in two languages, namely English and Hindi. The English Language test will be in good condition. This means that the marks in the English language will not be added while preparing the eligibility list.
Qualified marks listed above are eligible for the General / EWS category. Applicants belonging to category SC / ST / OBC / PWD. By this, they can fill vacancies section. Moreover, candidates will be entitled to a 5% rebate against the said Standard / EWS category nominees
Incorrect Response Punishment:
There will be a punishment for incorrect answers marked in the Objective Assessment. In each question of an incorrect answer given by a registered person one-fourth or 0.25 marks given that question will be deducted as a punishment for getting corrected points. Moreover, if the question is left blank. This means no answer has been marked by the candidate. This would not be any punishment for that question.
Interview For Bank of India Syllabus–

The Professional Knowledge Sheet will be adjusted accordingly to the respective stakeholders’ categories namely SC / ST / OBC / EWS / GEN. They are not allowed to earn minimum eligibility marks; the criteria set for online testing and adequate measurement according to the eligibility process will be called Personal conversation and/or GD. Just passing an online test will not entitle you to a right who will be called for a Personal Interview / GD. Moreover, in case there are equal marks for two or more elections. Then, the order of eligibility of that group of nominees will be based on their Birthday.
If both exam and interview is conducted –
The selection in bank of india exam will be by online testing and /or personal interviews / GD, depending on the number of eligible applicants/nominees. In the event of an online test, the weight (average) of the Online test and interview will be 80:20. The availability of Final scores will based on the total number of schools received by online candidates Examination (marks get from General Alerts for Banking Industry) and Interview. Moreover, the recipient must available for both Internet and speech testing. By this, they can qualify for the final selection. Merit list of candidates based on marks in online. Personal discussion will adjust by descending to different categories. For example, SC / ST / OBC / EWS / GEN. Moreover, the final selection will depend on list of eligibility until the number of vacancies.
If the online exam is not conducted –
In case an online test of Bank of India syllabus is not conducted, the final choice will be made by personal conversation. In such a case, the eligibility list will adjust based on marks in Personal Interviews depend on a series of accurate categories i.e., SC / ST / OBC / EWS / GEN. Moreover, the final selection will depend on list of eligibility until then the number of vacancies. Moreover, the max marks is 100. Interview marks will be 40% for the standard / EWS category. Moreover, marks will be 35% for SC / ST / OBC. This will enter the category.
If both the interview and group discussion is conducted –
High Score Group Chat scores will be 30 and minimum eligibility marks will be 40% General and 35% SC / ST / OBC category (30 marks). Only those baptismal candidates who have received a low score for the group discussion needs Personal Discussion. Moreover, just involving in group discussions will not award anything directly to the selected person to be called to the Personal Chat. Group Discussion will only be eligible. This means marks get from group discussions will not add while ready for the eligibility list.
If there are success of equal marks by two or more students, the order of eligibility for that group of candidates for baptism will be based on the marks on the Internet test. Moreover, saving high marks in online testing of Bank of India syllabus will place higher on the eligibility list. If the marks of the findings of the online test are also equal. This means selected as an adult by age will be placed on top on the eligibility list.
Examination Center
- Tests of Bank of India will conduct online in Jammu, Delhi, Bhopal, Chandigarh. and so on. Moreover, no application for a change approval of the testing center.
- However, the Bank has right to cancel any Examination Centers and/or add other entities, at its discretion. This depends on the response, etc.
- The bank also reserves the right to a candidate to any entity other than this one he chose for himself.
- Moreover, the candidate will give exam at the polling station for its risks. The Bank will not take into account any loss of any kind.

Q. Is there any time limit for the separate sections?
A. The answer is No. There is no such time limit for sections.
Q. Is there any punishment for giving a wrong answer, if yes then how many marks are as negative marks?
A. Yes, for every wrong answer given by the candidate, there is an allotted negative mark. The negative marking will be of 0.25 marks cut for every cross answer given.
